You can easily connect up to 4 cameras to this small switcher, and then connect it to any VCR so you can record the video from up to 4 cameras. You can also connect it to a TV at the same time for live viewing. This model is designed to work best with models PVMINICMOS, PVMINICAM, and PVMULTICAM. When using those cameras, this switcher will hook up to each camera using a single cable that will carry the video, audio, and power. It will also supply power to the cameras using it's own power supply so you eliminate the need to have seperate power supplies for each camera.
