This pager contains a mini camera. It delivers an outstanding camcorder quality picture with the hi-resolution CCD chip it uses. Get the undercover footage you need with this great camera. Use the optional rechargeable battery pack to power the pager, then connect the video cable to your camcorder with analog video inputs or one of Sony's mini 8mm VCR's. It can be worn in a pocket with the cable run through the material and into the VCR worn in a holster or in a fanny pack, or hide your recorder in a purse, backpack, or laptop case and clip the pager to the outside. Great for detectives, reporters, or secret shoppers. The image is very high quality and will give excellent results even in low light situations. The B/W camera is a CCD based chip with 420 lines of resolution, Color Camera is 380 lines. Normal RCA type connections let you connect to many recorders and camcorders with video inputs for recording. Requires batteries for power. We have several batteries and chargers to choose from
