Great for private investigators, reporters, or secret shoppers this camera goes anywhere you do, and can even fit a portable recording device right inside.
This Hip-Pack has a mini camera installed and it is one of the best portable recording sys-tems available because you can take it any-where, and even conceal the Optional Mini-VCR inside. It produces a camcorder quality picture through a small pinhole with the hi resolution CCD type image sensor it uses. Standard black Hip-Pack can be substituted for other styles or we can use yours. The camera is mounted in the front so it will record upright when worn around the waist. Great view from any angle depending on how you wear the Hip-Pack. With the VCR inside, the camera can also be placed on a table, desk, or shelf.
Use the optional rechargeable battery pack to power the camera, then connect the video cable to your camcorder with analog video in-puts or one of Sony's mini 8mm VCR's, either in the case or in a holster. Great for detectives, reporters, or secret shoppers. The image is very high quality and will give excellent results even in low light situations. The B/W camera is a CCD based chip with 420 lines of resolution, Color Camera is 380 lines. Normal RCA type connections let you connect to many recorders and camcorders with video inputs for recording. Requires batteries for power. We have several batteries and chargers to choose from. This system includes our mini camera mounted inside of a hip-pack, wall power cord, and 3' power/video cable. Optional rechargeable batteries and wireless transmitters/receivers available also. 1 year parts and labor warranty included
